From March 18 to 21, Savia International participated in Alimentaria 2024 in Barcelona, Spain, engaging with food and beverage professionals from around the world and proudly presenting our unique product lineup. As the largest food trade fair in Europe, this year’s event brought together over 3,200 companies from 68 countries and attracted more than 107,000 visitors, serving as a significant milestone in Savia’s global expansion journey.

Key industry trends highlighted at the exhibition included sustainable production and health-oriented products. In the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) sector, innovative solutions integrating AI and robotics drew attention, reflecting the growing focus on digital transformation and operational efficiency. The next edition is scheduled to take place from March 23 to 26, 2026, at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via.

One of the highlights at our booth was the Korean pear-flavored Aloe Vera drink, which received enthusiastic feedback throughout the event. The refreshing blend of pear sweetness and smooth aloe created a taste that many described as “familiar yet refreshingly new.” This positive response reflected strong global interest in Savia’s approach of reinterpreting traditional ingredients for modern palates.

Aligned with the fair’s focus on wellness and healthy living, Savia unveiled its new Ginseng Drink at the event. Savia International will continue to innovate by modernizing Korea’s traditional ingredients, offering products that captivate global tastes while promoting wellness and balance.
